Nexus By Donation offers a comprehensive clinician consultation for a flat fee of $150, regardless of the number of conditions reviewed. During this consultation, your medical records, service history, and supporting evidence are carefully evaluated to determine medical plausibility, service connection pathways, and nexus strategy.

Following your request, an invoice for the $150 consultation fee will be sent directly to you using the contact information you provide. Payment instructions will be included on the invoice.

Any work beyond the initial consultation — including nexus letters, detailed record reviews, research, or documentation support — is provided on a donation basis, allowing veterans access to professional nursing review services without the high upfront costs commonly charged elsewhere.
